Because the Referral program involves Wyndham directly overseeing the resale of the timeshare to make sure the sale goes through smoothly and safely, there is virtually no risk of being scammed by a third party.

The Wyndham Referral program, like the other Ovation options require that all contracts are paid in full. The Wyndham Referral program also requires that all maintenance fees are up to date or you will not be able to sell your timeshare at all.
