With the Wyndham Limited Edition the resort takes the timeshare deed back and allows Wyndham and Worldmark members three years access to their resorts after they give their timeshare deed back.

With Wyndham Limited Edition here are no additional costs using the timeshare deed back option and no obligation to paying any maintenance fees whatsoever for either Worldmark or Wyndham ownership.

Eligibility: Who Can Use This Give Back Solution?

In order to be eligible to participate in the Wyndham Limited Edition deed back program, timeshare contracts must be owned for a minimum of one year. All Wyndham or Worldmark contracts must be paid in full to use Limited Edition, and maintenance fees must be up to date.


Any accounts that are past due or not up to date on maintenance fees are not eligible to use the Wyndham Limited Edition deed back program. Biennial and Resale contracts are also not eligible to use this solution.
